Student Council
Student Council is a group of students who are elected by their peers to represent them and to work together with school administrators to improve the school community. The primary purpose of a student council is to give students a voice in school affairs and to empower them to take an active role in making decisions that affect their education and well-being.
The specific duties of the Student Council are organizing school events and fundraisers, advocating for student interests and concerns, and promoting school spirit and pride. Student council may also be responsible for planning and coordinating community service projects.
In addition to developing leadership and organizational skills, serving on the student council can also be a valuable learning experience for students, as it allows them to practice communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a real-world context.
