Early registration is encouraged due to the fact that many classes fill quickly. Registration applications and contracts may be obtained by visiting the school office, printing the documents below, or completing online forms here.
If you are an existing student and would like to re-enroll for the upcoming school year, please log in to your parent account at PraxiSchool Parent Portal. Once you are in your account, please select Online Forms > Re-enrollment Form. Select the Start Form button and complete the form. After completing the form, you will need to send your registration fee to the office or pay it online through your account and fill out a new contract for the 2023-2024 school year.
In order for your child to be fully enrolled at St. John’s Day School, the following items must be submitted to the school office.
