Sports

Engaging in physical activity can improve a child’s self-perception regarding their body, competency, and self-esteem. When participating in organized sports, children develop various physical skills, including hand-eye coordination, functional movement skills, and strength. Sports involvement could contribute to the acquisition of academic, self-regulatory, and general life skills.
